Maintenance Technician II
Under the direction of Facilities Management primary responsibilities include facility/maintenance support for the following: • Performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on the following utilities equipment: • HVAC equipment including Boilers Chillers & AHUs • Water purification systems • Pumps • Motors • Compressors • Processing equipment including Incubators & Pumps • Ability to read and understand MEP drawings • Ability to read and understand schematics • Ability to gown in clean
